On Tuesday 3 August ten of our students had the awesome opportunity to meet local business owners. The idea of the speed meet is to spend four minutes talking with each employer to find out about what working in that area may look like. If a student is really keen on perhaps working in that area in the future they can leave a pre-prepared CV to enable continued conversation in the future. I was very proud of the mature approach taken by our students and am very grateful to all involved, particularly Maree Kendrick for her organisation.
