Careers

The Careers Department at Forest View High School is dedicated to supporting students as they explore pathways beyond school and prepare for their futures. With a strong focus on real-world readiness, the department provides access to a wide range of opportunities, including scholarship guidance, tertiary and training pathways.

Students benefit from expos, guest speakers, and “real talk” sessions that offer honest insights into life after school, as well as hands-on support with applications and career planning. They also benefit from various courses held within the school, designed to build practical skills and confidence, including driver licensing programmes partnered with Transform Aotearoa.

By creating meaningful experiences, the Careers Department empowers students to make informed decisions and confidently step into further education, training, or employment.
